      Cons

      There are some issues with management, including unclear instructions for new employees. On average, employees work 50 hours per week and are under more pressure for small mistakes. This type of work may be more suitable for higher level positions.

      Pros

      Fantastic work experience for my resume, and beneficial to improving my technical understanding with hands on field experience, and creating reports and updating GIS in office. Working with a small team also has its perks, because you get more exposure to a wide range of the tasks that go into running the business.

      Cons

      Pay was modest, and sometimes work was slow. I also didn’t get any hands on design experience, though I would have liked to.
