Leadership expects you to fill very difficult roles while providing candidates with low pay and low pto that is not negotiable. You are expected to fill very high-level roles and if you ask for support they will use it against you. These roles are so difficult to fill that even 3rd party recruiters are not able to fill them and there is a huge retention issue, but leadership uses recruiting as a scapegoat and will not address internal issues. Every little thing is treated like an emergency and the work life balance is terrible.
