Pros

The people that work here are nice people. That's about it. They try to offer 'fun' activities to balance the subpar pay. Sorry but a chili cook off isn't going to pay my bills....

Cons

The pay is laughable. You will struggle to make ends meet. The hours are incredibly inconsistent. God forbid it rains one day, you'll be out of work for a week. They will make you feel like you have to stay with the company and promise you promotions or departmental transfers that never happen. Your car will be ruined, no company vehicle for technicians. Also expect to be doing manual labor/construction work regardless of your education.

Pros

Always Hiring as people leave eventually

Cons

Working at this company was an overwhelmingly negative experience. The work environment was toxic, with disorganized and unapproachable leadership that fostered fear instead of collaboration. Management lacked basic leadership skills, frequently micromanaging, playing favorites, and avoiding accountability. There was absolutely no work-life balance, employees were expected to work long hours, including nights and weekends, with little notice. Compensation was way below industry standards, and there were no meaningful opportunities for growth or development. Company communication was poor, and major decisions were made without transparency, leaving employees confused and demoralized. Overall, it was a frustrating and draining place to work, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
