Pros

* Great co-workers * Flexible with schedule & personal life * Intricate learning experience * CMT is unique but if you like to be busy and good at multitasking, it is really cool and fun experience. *Lots of field work *Gain Knowledge * Meet a lot of people in the construction and development industry * benefits are decent

Cons

* WOMEN DO NOT GET PAID MATERNITY LEAVE!!!! If you are the main provider of your family, you cannot take 6 weeks without pay or with only short-term disability. * Pay is minimal & you never get raises * Upper management is poor * Way too top heavy * Project Managers get no help from Department Managers * Salary People get abused on working hours -- averaging 60-70 hour work weeks * Bill rate can be used against you no matter how hard you work or hours you put in * Productivity is crucial and will threaten you with it even if you put out 20 proposals in a week *Always go to the regional manager and not department manager; most department managers will work against you *ethics is poor * communication is poor * Training is inadequate; the people all around were trained wrong and trying to fix that is really difficult.

Pros

Always Hiring as people leave eventually

Cons

Working at this company was an overwhelmingly negative experience. The work environment was toxic, with disorganized and unapproachable leadership that fostered fear instead of collaboration. Management lacked basic leadership skills, frequently micromanaging, playing favorites, and avoiding accountability. There was absolutely no work-life balance, employees were expected to work long hours, including nights and weekends, with little notice. Compensation was way below industry standards, and there were no meaningful opportunities for growth or development. Company communication was poor, and major decisions were made without transparency, leaving employees confused and demoralized. Overall, it was a frustrating and draining place to work, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
