Cons
The company doesn't care about its employees. They would rather pay more for inexperienced person to come work for them rather than if you're making a transfer between departments they'll give you the bare minimum and start the other guy off making more and he doesn't know anything about the company. Light bulb changers who sit in the shop all day make more than some one who does that person's job for them.
