Drama and money hungry - Radiologic Technologist ECU Health Employee Review

A meeting I was in a coworker mentioned patient evals would improve if employees were happier and per the president of the Hospital ‘ we were lucky we had a job next question’. On a separate matter I went to the VP about bullying from management and nothing happened or came from it. Multiple reports to HR nothing happened. Horrible place to work if you’re a good working employee especially with kids that have to be sick from time to time. Constantly looked down or criticized for being out of work. I recall a particular time I was told I needed to figure out something when I had been out for 3 non consecutive days for a sick kid and my husband was deployed.
