The company has changed a lot, i worked there for 5 years and it quickly became cliquey with people positioning themselves for senior management roles. Expressions such as 'daggers in backs' and 'being thrown under a bus' unfortunately became a common occurrence hence turnover increased considerably. I found HR difficult to trust as did a number of colleagues i worked with.
