Pros
I like the intimate feel of teh comapny, it is still small enough to know all the main players and yet is a major global player in Commodities and Capital Markets. The people have been great and easy to work with, very friendly atmosphere. Seniro managers really know tehir stuff and inspire confidence. Compared to other companies I have worked for Man is fast to respond and to make decisions. Financial growth has been impresive while I ahve been here.
Cons
Can be rather unstructured and light on processes and policies.
