Good company with poor employee growth - Design Engineer EDAG Group Employee Review

1. Working hours are generally long. Work-life balance =0 2. Company was tier 1 supp. now has become tier 2 3. Not good for starting your career- no training as such, exposure is also limited 4. People have always been pushed ahead & given facilities on the seniority basis. real talent is left behind. 5. Career plan is not defined for every employee 6. Less resources & lot of work 7. Management doesn't seem to have a future plan 8. HR policies are there in place but never followed
