Cons
There are lot of politics inside the company and only the person favored by the higher management can grow in the career. Interview process is too tiresome. Sometimes HR will update after 2-3 weeks.

- Most of the leadership lacks technical data expertise which creates friction in the sales motions and positioning.
- Currently a small total addressable market. EDB does not compete well with cloud competitors and primarily is geared towards on-prem Postgres in a market that continues to migrate to the cloud.
- High turnover across the sales org.
- Long, difficult sales motion accompanied by expectations for quick wins.
