Business Outlook
Pros
During good industry times there are plenty of oppourtunities for overtime and experiance.
Cons
Little to no training for employees. If you are a hard worker and have some knowledge of the industry then you will be their workhorse picking up the slack of everyone else that is just billing time. Poor project managment and resource allocation. Some employees end up working 60+ hours a week on 5 to 6 projects while others are limited to no more than 40 hours. Once you get involved in a specific area of projects there is no way out, you end up getting stuck doing the same thing. The company advertises career growth and diversity but that is hardly ever the case.
