      Management preaches faith, family and loyalty. Promise security, Promise advancement, Promise competitive compensation. First time they (Management/ Principals) are hit in pocketbook......your gone. Company not diversified. Depends mainly on oil and gas.

      I know how to get my work done.

      Cons

      My group leader doesn’t do any teaching or any drawings of any kind. He shows up when wants and leaves when he wants. Everyone knows but no one does anything about it.
