Pros

They were good about providing opportunities across the US, training provided, highly structured and very disciplined. Good methodology to implement large software products to military and government agencies.

Cons

Almost too ridged in approach. This was OK in the old command and control IT / Mainframe days, but as computing moved to a decentralized, innovation approach they become seen as old-school.
