While it sounds like the flexibility with the schedule is something you have enjoyed, we are sorry to hear that other aspects of the online independent contract role haven’t worked for you. Some of the things you mention, such as the benefits, are limitations of an independent contractor role and we realize that isn’t for everyone. We do offer additional monthly fees for independent contractors who meet certain criteria within that month. If those are not achieved, we do not deduct pay, but unfortunately the instructor will not qualify for the additional fees in that month.
