Pros
You will gain experience in customer service like nowhere else. You'll develop skills you didn't know you could do. It's a pretty chill back "corporate" environment. When there's happy hours, it's fun. You met students from all over the world. The skills I learned have pushed me further than anybody else I've noticed during job interviews. I just had to work crazy hard to gain them.
Cons
They will work you beyond crazy long hours for pay so little, even as full-time, that you will live paycheck to paycheck. I would work sometimes 60+ hour weeks and compensated nothing extra in return. Also, they promise you growth within the company, which is a facade. The summer is the busiest time, so say goodbye to your social life! Everything is so unorganized. There's no real training. You hit the ground running with lions chasing you, figuratively of course.
