Pros

- International environment - Great colleagues - Free in house gym - Great office location - Lots of traveling - Compensation is decent

Cons

- Engineering department is run by managers who are clueless and have zero experience in the domain - You will be fired if you don't compliment your boss - You are not allowed to ask questions - Inflexible regarding special situations (is you are sick or family member suffers an accident you will be threatened to not take days off and just work) - Annual reviews are a joke; manager will give you 2/5 score, zero feedback and no raise - Performance is measured in quantity over quality although everyone complains that legacy applications are in a poor state - There is no HR in the company; if someone has a problem only the manager can "solve it"; if you have a problem with the manager because of his/hers toxic behavior, you will probably be fired very soon - The company has a very bad reputation and the Unemployment office knows about this toxic place - There is an annual benefit to experience a company tour but the manager will threaten to fire you if you decide to take it - There are allot of presentations how the company embraces different cultures and supports diversity & inclusion but it's just a big lie; management doesn't care about it

Fun place to work at. Lots of opportunities especially early on in a career.

Sometimes salary is not as competitive as other places in Boston area.

Pros

Well structured, comprehensive formal training. Perks and benefits

Cons

Once training is done, you’re pretty much on your own to figure things out. The weekly meetings with your manager end. You spend all day on the phones and there’s not a whole lot of interaction or collaboration going on in the office or across your team. At the end of the day it is a job and the perks and benefits are nice (travel). It just seemed social interaction of any kind, even to ask questions, was discouraged and in fact was viewed as distracting. The cold calling just gets to be tiring after a while, making it hard to stay at the job for longer than 1-2 years. Good entry level sales job, though.
