1) Good Atmosphere to work. 2) Managers Guide and support whenever required. 3) Managers challenge you with new opportunities, it's up to individuals to effectively accomplish or achieve the challenges, through which you can attain next level.
Cons
1) Facilities is not good. 2) Commuting to office is a challenge, as the office is moved to a new campus near ITPL.
