Upper management does not value their employees. Most are seen as expendable assets and nothing more. This is made evident via the average pay increases and bonuses of 0 - 2%. Those that receive 1 - 2% are told that they are strong performers and are fortunate to have received this increase, as most received 0%. Engineers get a slightly higher range, but only slightly.
