Pros
Wonderful leadership and management/peers. I love my manager and team. Most of my co-workers have been here for 10-20 years. It builds a wonderful culture and environment. Also very diverse with people from all over the world and many backgrounds. If you are motivated there is an easy path upwards for you as well.
Cons
Not the highest paying company, but it makes up for it if you are looking for a positive work environment with great career path. Being owned by a private equity is not great at the moment. Can't wait till the company is sold off.
