Compensation is terrible. Once you are hired, don't expect to see any raises. Benefits are paltry. They eliminated everything they could except health insurance. Management is clueless. They have no idea how their business us actually being run. People don't talk to eachother. Literally people sitting next to each other won't exchange information. No one is accountable. You can completely suck at your job and it doesn't matter. People are not treated fairly. Highly political corporate culture. Management is quite full of themselves.
