CEO, VPs and directors find inspiration from their Blackberry: the last fire is driving the company. They ask to commit to tight schedules, then right after come more important tasks from unmanaged sources. Directors dare telling you why YOU failed in frequent and expensive meetings! You must report mandatory week-end work as regular work to be charged to EFI customers, without any proportional return for you. Your professional value and your purchasing power will decrease with tenure at EFI. They only want fast hacks in order to ship products. Nothing is planned to grow employees. EFI HR looks like it's only a legal necessity for hiring and firing.
