How not to run a company 101. It's totally amazing to me that this place is still in business. People leave the company and nobody tells you. People join the company and nobody tells you. Middle management is there because they've been there for many years, not because they know how to manage. It feels like your head is constantly on the chopping block. Want to cut down on costs? Awesome! Send the jobs to India and layoff all of your American workers! Ask a question? Nobody gets back to you. Need training? You better hit the ground running. They provide zero training and then wonder why nobody knows anything. Upper management is more worried about their shareholders than anyone or anything else. The health benefits plan isn't really great, but standard when compared to other tech companies. Vacation policy is basically the same too.
