      Pros

      Its a paycheck. If you need one badly enough. Decent equipment and people, but its nothing special. And because this is an industry where you need to differentiate yourself, its a very hard sell.

      Cons

      These guys are slowly going out of business. Everyday is like a cliff hanger. You basically never know when they will decide to hang it up and go home. Kenwood buying them is basically just prolonging the inevitable. Its going to take a few more years, but dropping sales, overextended people, and lack luster management will eventually take its toll on a once decent company.

We have had some growing pains and have had to make some course corrections along the way.       Pros

      Great people. Positive company culture / attitudes in general. People seem to generally care about the employees. Real opportunities for progression. Hard work is seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      Often understaffed, or underfunded. This often results in individual contributors being stretched very thin, or Resources necessary for work are not being readily available. Deeply ingrained procedures and practices that are inefficient, but difficult to improve.
