Pros

This company provides its employees with challenges and opportunities. The work environment is one where you are expected to perform and you will not be allowed to just coast along. Huge opportunity to learn how things should be done. Enormous opportunity for advancement.

Cons

If you expect to be pampered...this place is not for you. The company expects you to work, not socialize. The work environment continues to be challenging as the new headquarters building is not yet completed. When the HQ is complete...top of the line office conditions.

Pros

The people were very friendly and helpful including both HR and the other engineers I worked with. Very flexible with work and hours and made the experience about learning instead of simply getting menial tasks out of an intern and making a publicity stunt.

Cons

Intern program was fairly new when I started and had some further organization to be done and sometimes I found myself not knowing exactly what to do.
