Pros

Beautiful office setting Perks like food trucks in the summer Great employees who are friendly and helpful

Cons

Customer service is over worked and under payed. Employee suggestions are encouraged but not listened to. No improvements had been made despite ample feedback in improvement meetings. Very disorganized office with little to no resources available for employee success. Little to no training is given due to not having set procedures or processes in place.

Pros

The people were very friendly and helpful including both HR and the other engineers I worked with. Very flexible with work and hours and made the experience about learning instead of simply getting menial tasks out of an intern and making a publicity stunt.

Cons

Intern program was fairly new when I started and had some further organization to be done and sometimes I found myself not knowing exactly what to do.
