Pros

-Entry level positions offer the chance for training.

Cons

-Managers in the same department would often disagree about large issues and small. This would affect the team as part of us would hear one thing, while the other manager had another workflow. -Training for promotion is very much a personality throw toss. If one of the seniors liked you more, you were given more chances to train and would have a faster promotion time than others. -There seems to be an understanding by superiors that the 12 hours day and night shifts had a natural 2-year expiry date. People would wish to be promoted to leave that schedule or would leave the job. Most people had to leave the job. -Department doesn't look ahead and utilise new technology or workflows. -No culture or enjoyment within the company. -No benefits. -No diversity and inclusion present in the company make-up.

Pros

-Newer facilities for their LA office; screening rooms outfitted with a variety of the latest equipment to handle all the different clients' needs. -For the most part, a laid back environment. -They do hold company-wide meetings so everyone knows the latest of what's happening with the business (mostly just an overview). -Employee appreciation events/parties are quite nice

Cons

-Bringing up issues to supervisors go unresolved for months. -Very "title based". If you don't have a higher title, no one is listening to you. -Experience doesn't matter unless you're higher up on the ladder. My past experiences & knowledge seemed to fall on deaf ears when troubleshooting issues. Everything had to be discussed with all departments before moving ahead. Not a great system when there's a time crunch. -Speaking of time crunch, there seems to be a little lack of planning in some departments. A lot of work is rammed through at the last minute/extremely close to deadline for some reason. -Constantly hiring & firing/letting go of employees. Seems like the company is always looking for someone better. -Had a new direct supervisor brought in that knew little to nothing about the industry. I ended up training them for about a month. -Has a saying "One company, two locations" but I found very basic cooperation between the two. Very poor communication in the department I worked in.
