      It is a job - that is about it - and it's an easy job

      Cons

      Pay is very average/below average Benefits are very average/below average Severe lack of training, process knowledge, cohesion, etc... But don't recommend anything or contribute in any meaningful way... Also once you leave, you will be scapegoated.

      Pros

      The team is very experienced and knows what they are doing. The benefits package is pretty good - and offers three different options for your level of risk tolerance or medical needs. Good 401k match. There are opportunities to advance within the company.

      Cons

      Office technology is a bit dated, but it does everything I've needed it to.

      A good menu of sheet metal services to accommodate cradle to grave service Some technically strong operators on the shop floor who can set-up and process Corporate parent willing to invest with justification
