We attribute much of our continuous growth and increasing success in this extremely competitive industry to our employees— approximately 50% of whom have been with us for over 10 years. While we want our employees to be happy here at EMA, just like anything in life, our innovative and fast-paced culture is not necessarily a good fit for everyone.
