Pros
Benefits are good still, but slowly deteriorating in efforts to reduce expenses. Not too late to turn company around.
Cons
The official company mission to "improve lives" is a joke. Trading elimination of retiree health care so executives can fly on private jets is improving lives... Short term thinking and decision making... Tons of mid/high level leadership turn over and reorganization causing turmoil and conflict. Not the company it use to be, before this CEO was anointed.
