The benefits are amazing It used to be fun when the branches ran independently
Cons
New structure and CEO are destroying the company. The new diversity equity inclusion is a lie along with the we care about people. They care about the executives only - and there is a new one weekly it seems!! (They are all young white males) . Dedicated, loyal employees are overlooked for promotions for inexperienced white young men. The loyal people who really cared are leaving and Jean Scott doesn’t care as long as his private jet is fueled and ready !!!
