Pros
I've been seeing quite a few bad reviews regarding EMC lately that aren't entirely true or accurate. Most of these bad reviews that I see are from team members that were fired for good reason or laid off due to restructuring. It sucks that people were laid off, but for the overall health of EMC in the long run it's something that needed to be done. These departments were costing EMC money for years and brought in no profit. Also, with our digital transformation it's caused some stress on team members. It's also been tough for certain team members to get used to since they've only known one way of doing things for years. Our CEO is great, and is unfairly criticized in a lot of these bad reviews.
Cons
I do wish they'd do more for the team members that have to come into the office every day. Most team members can WFH, and I don't blame them for doing so at all. A gas incentive, extra pay or additional PTO for those team members that are in the office every day would go a long way in making this right.
