Pros
I loved my supervisors and the group I worked with. We worked hard and everyone respected each other. It was like a family. I have to say my supervisors always went to bat for me.
Cons
As hard as I worked, my first yearly raise was 35 cent and I was told that's the highest amount that is paid out. There were several hundred accounts and most of them were different and complicated and they didn't want to change how they set up the accounts to make it easier for us.
