Don't get on the accounting managers bad side or they will become your worst nightmare. As long as you abide by their rules, you'll be fine. They will also bring in their own family members with no experience and pay them better. They expect you to be robots and not talk during work hours or want to see you socialize during lunch. They try to get each of their clerks to turn against each other. These managers have ran off a lot of great "loyal" tenure employees.
