Growing Company and sound business strategies were employed to protect against economy fluctuations. Good people who work hard and take pride in being the best at what they do.
Cons
Too big to really get your hands around. Being publically traded sometimes put strain on the operations and prevented senior management form really being invovled in some of the operating units.
