Business Outlook
Pros
Technicians get a company vehicle and paid drive time. Customers are very good to work for and daily tasks keep you engaged so the day goes by quickly. Customers aren't going anywhere so there's job security. Work life balance is excellent and you don't have to be on call if you don't want to be and even then calls are optional. Uniforms and tools are all provided.
Cons
Healthcare is very expensive with high deductible and large co-pays. Software is very outdated . Primary application for work order system and payment cards is very slow and not dependable. HR and website are difficult to access.
