The benefits are terrible. You will spend half your check on insurance premiums. People are promoted into other positions instead of being fired. Complaints are swept under the rug and never addressed unless they can pin the problem on someone other than a manager. The management will cover for each other and the employees get screwed. They will call you profane names to your face and nothing happens. There is zero chance of advancement in the mobile business group. You will languish in the stagnant thankless atmosphere. The moral here is totally in the toilet.
