Misleading At Interview - HVAC Service Technician EMCOR Group Employee Review

The Thousand Oaks branch is a Live to Work culture. I was guilted by management for turning down overtime and was expected to dedicate all free time to the company. At the interview I was mislead about the equipment that would be serviced, I asked if kitchen equipment was serviced in any capacity and was told that it was not. During my second week of employment I was sent to service kitchen equipment. Management is poor and uncoordinated with a lot of unnecessary weight foisted on the Service Technicians. There is also blatant emphasis that each and every client is more important than any employee in any capacity. In other words; you are not a person, you are a body to take care of any and all clients and acquiesce to all demands no matter how unreasonable.
