Pros
Not much work. Feel free to have a second job during the day
Cons
Director level management isn't fit for the position. The PMO director is unorganized, far behind, terrible decision making skills, terrible communication style. Overall just not fit for the job. She cannot stand by her time frames yet expects above and beyond from you. If you get an interview, be ready to wait a month or two. She doesn't trust the leaders below to make hiring decisions, so the process drags on until she finally has time to make a decision. Promotions will also be promised, but never delivered. And then finally, be ready to be laid off. The company is terrible at selling and signing clients. They are known as the dollar general of PMO. Cheap, terrible technology, terrible processes. So when they finally get a client, they will likely lose them, and then lay off the entire team. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Unless you like being treated like this is a McDonalds level job and be treated like children.
