Small company experiencing growing pains. - Anonymous employee EMCOR Group Employee Review

The company needs to incorporate a better system for getting the work done, many times there was no policy for doing things...things were done on the fly. Better housekeeping of files was sorely needed, again, no policy on maintaining current files and purging out of date files. Telecommuting was not allowed, this is a must in today's society!
