      Lately I'm not sure of a lot of pros. Leadership was great in a good market. Now we are seeing the reality.

      Cons

      Leadership seems to be built on connections from West Point. Promotions are about who you know, not who is best for the job. This is seen in all areas of the company. It's hard to find reasons to stay.
