Pros

Small company with hard working employees who really do want to help the company succeed. Mostly supportive team members and the company does have connections with Federal and State Government customers. Good work life balance and ability to work remotely was a plus. I worked full time from the west coast while the company was based out of East coast.

Cons

Poorly developed products that don't meet customer needs. Big promises with weak delivery and support for customers. Management is clueless and does not take advice of the people who know the product, customers and the work. The company will go all out and blow the budget for marketing and advertising of their products and has no idea what to do after that. It pretends to know what their customer wants, but when reality sets in, customers usually end up disappointed and frustrated with their product support. Management never listens to the sales people and medical consultants and improvement and continues to do business the same as they always have. There is no growth in this company. Nice place to start out, but leave the first opportunity you get.

Pros

Slow paced environment No Accountability No Micromanagement

Cons

--Dinosaurs in process and execution, this place feels like a throwback to the 1980s in terms of decisions and employee treatment --Company made the most ever in 2024 and then fired leadership in early 2025 because another senior leader met someone else who he liked with no industry background or leadership of a real company --Problem employees rarely dealt with effectively and allowed to be insensitive and bigoted --Pettiness reigns with more backbiting and rumor mill gossip than most large companies --Employees that have been there a long time don't necessarily translate into good employees --Absolutely no room for growth or development --Sales leadership is non-existent and has never met a forecast they put forward --Technology company that doesn't understand technology/ROI/investment/Innovation and would rather cut corners and shave pennies in order to make revenue while screwing over customers with exorbitant support costs
