      Pros

      Highly experienced upper management will let you take the reins if you prove yourself capable and competent. This is a great company to learn from!

      Cons

      They will pay you as little as they think they can get away with and work you as hard as possible. It's not necessarily bad, especially if you are new to the industry, but be prepared to advocate for yourself.

      It's a job, if you don't mind them using your personal data for their benefits.

      Cons

      No i don't agree with their illegal tatics of forcing someone to allow the company to collect my personal data. It's none of their business and doesn't have any bearing on a job. No, I don't have anything to hide but it's my personal data not to be shared with anyone. I'll pass on this job, and the company won't accel from my 20+ years as a quality expert.
