      Friendly and supportive environment. Open plan working which allows everyone to work collaboratively. Opportunities available for progression.

      Cons

      Lack of training opportunities, ENGIE need to work more on creating more tasks to train employees in new systems and processes.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
