Pros

Great people, salary is good although annual raises are small. Bonuses are good especially for those who are there 3 years or more. Good work life balance for some, not all.

Cons

The company underwent a reorg recently. Expectation is that you do more with no additional incentive other than you get to keep your job. Company is very tight on expenses. Opportunities abroad are for Europeans. Management talks about mobility but what they really mean is the French get expat deals to move international. Americans get offered local packages. No thanks.

Pros

Great PTO benefits, very flexible.

Cons

There are certainly favorites among leadership. If you are on management's good side, you may see opportunities that others won't. Most internal promotions are decided before the job even posts, they just have to go through the formalities of posting/interviewing.
