      The company uses fake overseas workers and we copy and paste our responses. Management won’t let us actually help people.

      Cons

      Evil company, told we should not help the customer. I wouldn’t recommend anybody use ENGIE in Australia.. look at the reviews online, the public opinion of this company is as low as it gets they have a terrible reputation.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
