Pros
It's nice to have the opportunity to test the latest VR/AR equipment. International team. Employees are very nice. Salaries can be unexpectedly high when you're a friend of a director (and you won't have to work too hard, just walking around will be fine).
Cons
Many promises are made but none is respected. Everything is just a show. Salaries are very low in comparison with other companies in the market. Most people working here don't have the relevant skills for the position they've been hired. Most developers have no background in programming, the same happens with 3D artists. No transparence. Lack of communication.
