- Salary delayed to arrive each month despite warnings (rent and bills don't wait for us employees) - Management is too old minded for such a creative kind of company, not too easy to talk to, rigid and not open to new things. Exception made for the chairman, who's full of energy - he was one of the main reasons why I wanted to stick with the company back then - Lack of team support with clients that led to disappointments - They seriously underestimate marketing and communication - They revealed to be greedy in some occasion
