Pros
The technology is great and it gets better and better with all the new existing new AR/VR hardware that comes out at a fast pace. The work flexibility is basically limitless and if that's important for you, this is a good place to work at.
Cons
It's really fun to work with people all over the world but it can be very challenging to work over basically all timezones meaning that it's a lot of early mornings and late evenings.
