Pros
Great exposure to lots of other industries who want to adopt VR. Chance to work on the next big thing. Talents colleagues and work-life balance. Open culture and flat organization. International multi-national company to broaden your horizon.
Cons
Very high "technology stack" using proprietary system/engine. Slow in adopting new technology, and afraid taking risk. Sales culture in company bone, and focus too much on short term profit. Too much competitors, and market entrance is lower than good old days. Software is Windows only.........
