Helping clients, Career advancement with a ceiling, Benefits are good, Ample PTO

Cons

Poor Work culture, Passion is rewarded with discipline, Dangerous Gossiping, Gossip guides discipline, Unethical and incompetent staff, Poor Supervision practice, Limited to No support for leadership/supervisors/clinical team/LPN/support staff from off site leadership until a crisis happens. When senior leadership is being laid off, that should be a sign that a gross mismanagement has occurred at the highest level. Last but not least, integrity is questionable at best and there is no guarantee that what you say with your supervisor won’t be used against you.
